Location, Location, Location

Evermore LBK puts you centrally located to Lubbock's major universities, the medical district, and the most popular shopping and dining areas. Whether you are visiting your favorite college student at Texas Tech University or Lubbock Christian University, or going to a Red Raider football game at Jones AT&T Stadium, you'll be there within a quick 5 minute drive. Your favorite shopping spots are less than 10 minutes away. If you want to go out for some fresh air, take a quick walk to Higinbotham Park, with a peaceful pond, and walking/running trail.

Rest and Relax in Comfort

Evermore LBK is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. If you like an open and bright environment, you will enjoy the openness of the living area and light beaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows! There is ample space for everyone to socialize both inside and outside. On the inside, there is room for everyone to enjoy in the open common area that connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, and game room area overlooking the outdoor fire pit patio. Watch your favorite sporting event or movie on the 70-inch smart TV in the living room. On the front patio, enjoy the fire pit that feels like an extension of the indoor living area. There is also a large back yard patio with a top-of-the-line natural gas grill and a six-person outdoor dining table.

When it is time to rest, retreat to one of the 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding and a 55-inch smart TV in each bedroom. The bedroom with a king size bed is an oversized room with ensuite bathroom that is split from the living area for those that want ultimate privacy. This bedroom also has separate temperature control. The bedroom with a queen size bed has floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceiling, and overlooks a private outdoor patio area. This bedroom has an oversized ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. The bedroom with a full size bed has a large window, vaulted ceiling, and has access to the outdoor back yard patio. There is a full bathroom right next to this bedroom that has a vaulted ceiling and beams with natural light.

Amenities

Evermore LBK has a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. We provide laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. Also, in the laundry room, you will find an iron/ironing board as well as a clothes steamer.

A Texas Tech themed foosball table is located in the main living area (overlooking the outdoor fire pit patio) so that you can have fun competing with your friends and family. When not playing foosball, you can enjoy playing various board and card games located in the console.

If you enjoy cooking outside, a top-of-the-line Weber Summit natural gas grill is located on the back patio. There is no hassle with charcoal or empty propane tanks to deal with.

And last but not least, enjoy conversation and make memories with family and friends around the unique fire pit patio experience. We provide a "s'mores station" with all of the things you need to make s'mores over the fire. The fire pit runs on natural gas so there is no hassle with firewood or empty propane tanks to deal with.

Enjoy your favorite sporting event or movie on one of the smart TVs located throughout the home. Complimentary YouTube TV is provided or log in to your streaming app to watch your favorite show.

House Rules

No pets allowed: Evermore LBK is not a pet friendly house. Please make other arrangements for your furry family members prior to your stay.

There is No Smoking allowed inside the house. Ashtrays have been provided in the outdoor areas for guest use.
